available in easy-to-swallow gelatin capsules.
Each capsule contains 10,000 IU Vitamin A (as fish liver oil) Other ingredients: gelatin, water. Warning: Studies indicate that levels of Vitamin A in excess of 4,000 IU daily may increase the incidence of birth defects. As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
