Formulations
Foodscience
of Vermont® will custom formulate capsules or tablets to your
exact specifications. We require minimum order of 50,000 capsules
or 100,000 tablets for most Custom Formulations. We will ship
your Custom Formulations in bulk or in labeled bottles.
Private
Label Services
FoodScience
of Vermont's Private Label Service is designed with the busy
Health Care Retailer in mind. Any FoodScience product can
have the private label of your business. Our Graphics Department
will create a Private Label based on our FoodScience
Laboratories label and incorporate your company logo to make
it uniquely yours.
Our Private Label Guidelines are Straightforward:
- For any private label, a minimum order of 36 bottles of
any 1 product is required. All orders must be in even dozens.
- Pricing
is Wholesale pricing as it appears in our wholesale
price list. For quantity orders, volume/discount
pricing is available.
- A
$100 set-up fee per product is required. The $100 is used
for the design and initial printing of your Private
Label. Once the initial run of labels is used up, we will
reprint your labels at our expense. Pricing for labels is
based on the cost of a standard 2-4 color label. For initial orders of 72 or more bottles per product, the
$100 setup
fee will be applied toward your order.
- If
you choose to have your labels designed and printed by
a third party, we reserve the right to proof the label
design for content and label claims prior to printing. Private
Labels we design will conform to the guidelines of the FDA
regarding Supplementing Facts panels and Structure/Function
claims.
- Anything outside of the standard label design is subject
to a graphic design time fee.
- Additional colors will be subject to a fee.
